how accurate is greek rank
by: freshmanas a freshman who went to ci greek mixer, my general vibe was that pike was the best. however, i liked phi psi and pikappa phi as well. on this site it seems like both phi psi and pikapp are controversial. what are they both actually like?

It's not worth sitting on here and trying to decipher what's real and not. Most people will give you their opinions or tell you about "one time at..." If you're smart just wait until rush and rush both fraternities. You'll figure out which one fits you best after a few nights of rush.

I agree with what the person above wrote. Just rush both fraternities. The following breakdowns are purely my opinion/should be taken with a grain of salt.
Pikapp seems to be emerging and getting better and better. They have a townhouse on the row and threw some really great open parties this year. I believe they were behind Pike in sports this year. They're very organized and I'd assume that's why they won "Chapter of the year".
Phi Psi seems to have been great at GW for some time now. They also have a townhouse and threw a great joint party with AEPi (RIP). They're probably good at sports as well considering they've got some jocks. What they lack in organization, they make up for in the party-section.

Honestly it's not worth fighting over which one of the three is better on here. I would disagree with the other people on here saying pike is still easy #1. Their fall has been more severe than the other comments are letting on. They're on social probation, lost their big off campus house, and had two pretty bad pledge classes. They're definitely not the undisputed top they used to be.
But if you're rushing pike, phi psi, and Pi Kapp then you're going to be fine no matter where you go. They're all good but just different. Choose which one fits you.

I am not going to state my sources obviously but I am sure that both pikapp and phi psi -are CONFIRMED to report other fraternities. I have a suspicion about sigma chi as well but I can't confirm it.

Tell us your source. Please do. I admit, I'm a Pikapp and I seriously doubt there's any truth to your claim.
But if there is, please do tell us. Who's the Pikapp/Phi Psi? They deserve to be embarrassed.

Phi psi has also been reported for hazing by an unknown group according to multiple sources. Nothing came of it though. Pike is under investigation but they will be okay from what ive been hearing. Sigep will be watched. Pikapp has nothing to worry about.

Pikapp was behind pike sigep and phi psi in sports this year. Not bad but not great either
