Why is theta always last on Greek rank

My last night I was with SK and Theta, i preferred the girls at SK so I wanted to go SK but I ended up with theta. I feel like it might be okay but I read these reviews on here and I’m confused. Theta is a top tier sorority at many universities. Can someone please explain why Theta is always dead last on Greekrank for GW? Like is it that the girls are mean and unfriendly or are they not good looking, not fun and outgoing? What’s the deal? Thinking of whether to stay or go.
