Kappa Delta is desperate for numbers so they will recruit anyone interested informally, don’t put them as ur top one bc there’s a very high chance you can get in the back way and don’t have to waste a week of ur life. this is not how it works, every chapter must COB in order to hit a number provided by panhel. most chapters had to take fall cobs due to retention rates…but kappa delta didn’t
