what makes a 'top' sorority top

as someone not in greek life i'm asking genuinely, are the 'top' sororities just the ones with the hottest/richest girls that go out the most? or are there other standards that ppl use to rank sororities, like how many people they get in each pc?

yep. if they used other measures like pc numbers or retention, the rankings would be A LOT different.
