Fraternities:
For the sophomores, juniors and seniors this is probably true. Most of the freshman would put PiKapp at 3.

Sororities: General consensus would not put Kappa at #2. Not to say they aren't top 4. Top spot is usually a battle between Alpha Phi and DG.

For sororities i'd put number 2 as a battle between dg and kappa, and for fraternities pike is definitely above phipsi, zbt above delt and tke is probably above beta!

Everything else on the original list looks accurate to me.
