Fraternities:
For the sophomores, juniors and seniors this is probably true. Most of the freshman would put PiKapp at 3.
Sororities: General consensus would not put Kappa at #2. Not to say they aren't top 4. Top spot is usually a battle between Alpha Phi and DG.

Agreed on pike above phi psi. For now at least.
Dg is above kappa.
Everything else on the original list looks accurate to me.

They're number two, behind pike.
Phi psi a distant third, pikapp and even more distant fourth.

Sig ep is great. but maybe not first. even with pike or pike is just a hair ahead.
