chi omega legacy

def wouldn’t really recommend going chi o they’re a bit more on the weird side and always have problems w their e board and don’t really do much

Half the girls are normal and fun and go out a lot and the other half are weird and awkward. Even there e board is divided like that which is why they can never get stuff done bc they r always disagreeing on how to run the chapter

As an outsider some chi os seem amazing and some not so much… it’s a pretty big chapter so I’m sure you would like many of the girls

their new member class was actually divided like crazy into people who actually want to be there and people who just want to go out and put the greek letters in their instagram bio. sisterhood is on the up and up and when their new eboard comes in it should be full of the people who actually care about the organization being better. going chi o is an investment for the future of the chapter to be honest because it’s going to get better. it’s not awful now, it’s not great, but will be better soon. to be fair some of the girls in the last pc are so beyond mean but some are the nicest people i’ve ever met

chi o does have the highest retention rate meaning they have the least amt of people who drop. they are super divided, but i think it’s bc the chapter is so big that whatever type of person u r, ur able to find at least one other person like u so it’s not hard to make friends and want to stay once ur in it. what everyone else is saying is also true tho they r kind of a mess now and joining would be more of an investment for the future. some of my best friends r in chi o and it seems like they’re getting better and more organized.

from an outside perspective, chi omega is definitely the most forward-looking sorority. their efforts with DEI by far exceed any other sorority and they are welcoming and some of the nicest girls on campus from the ones i’ve met. i’ve heard they have more internal than external events so if you’re just looking to party with frats and ignore the sisterhood part i wouldn’t go chi o. but they’re definitely on the up and up, apparently legacies of other sororities chose chi o over their own legacy chapter the past few years. also stole a few girls from kkg.
