on the rise

by: BroSambo

Which fraternities are currently on the rise? Obviously pi kapp has come out of the woodwork, but it looks like there's some movement from other houses like Sig Ep, KA, ZBT, Kappa Sig, so on. How does pike's collapse factor in?

I wouldnt count phi psi out just cause theyre not as visible. A lot of people still like them. If PIKE really does fall apart its going to be Pi Kapp Sig Ep and Phi Psi on top.

all the others are either insignificant or falling apart (Sigma Chi). PIKE will still be relevant but theyre nowhere near where they used to be. Whether or not they've realized that is a different story

Pi Kapp, KA and KS have gone up the most in the past few years compared to where they once were.
Sig Ep, Phi Psi, and Pike were kind of always top but Pike has been shaky this year.
Sigma Chi... has just always kind of been upper mid. People like to say they're getting worse but the reality is that they never drop to lower mid but never rise to top. They're essentially a permanent upper mid.

I would argue that based purely on improvement, TKE has made leaps and bounds from what I can tell they used to be (Lazy, stoners) and they are definitely rising into mid tier. Their freshman and sophomore classes are actually really nice and cute. They have been a lot more active on campus, especially this semester in things like philanthropy. Even with taking larger pledge classes they have still managed to keep the closest brotherhood on campus.
