Unbiased Frat tiers

Top:
Sig chi and kap sig (toss up for #1 but they both go out a lot. Sig chi was on social probation but getting off this semester so will be more active. Kap sig guys go out every night and has all the jocks)

Upper middle:
Zbt and beta (zbt is on the up and go out every night, very fratty. Many people say beta is dropping. Beta has a very wide range of guys and is very liberal.)

Middle:
Delt and tke (delt is the frat of guy best friends, very liberal. Tke is newish and not very active, keep to themselves. Both are known to study more than go out)

Lower middle:
Sae and alpha sig (sae is all hockey boys with the same personality, no clue how alpha sig is still on campus, keep to themselves)

Low: Fiji and Aepi:
Neither have houses so they are both just paying dues to be in a friend group. Getting scammed by nationals.
