Single selection = no COB

Soooooooo many PNMs think they can COB. That is hilarious!!! Shotgun bidding severely decreases your chance of getting a bid. Can’t wait to see lots of tears tomorrow.

the chapter has to be well enough below quota for it to be worth having COB. I think aphi is doing it this year, and I know theta is. No idea on the others
