rushing as a sophomore and paying for it

1. What top tier sorority will be easiest to get into as a sophomore? I have a decent GPA (3.3) and I like to think I'm pretty?
2. How do most people pay for it? I think I can split it with my parents but if money becomes an issue are there outlets for handling that?
Also are any sororities known for smoking pot? That'd be a huge plus

SK, Chi O and Kappa are probably the easiest to get into as a Sophomore. They also all have a pretty cool variety of girls.
In terms of paying, a lot of chapters will let you go on a payment plan so you can get a job and pay what you can when you can. Another idea is to have your parents pay for one semester and you pay for another.
In terms of weed intake: EVERYONE SMOKES. There are probably more girls that smoke in Kappa, AEPhi and Chi O than others, but i know some DGs, SDTs and even ADPis who can blaze. You'll find weed culture no matter what sorority you join.

^this. You won't get APhi unless you're stunning, and DG maybe but you probably need to know one of them beforehand. SK, Chi O, ADPi, KD, and KKG would all be good options for you. There are stoners in all of them, although probably fewer in ADPi. Based on weed usage, KKG and Chi O sound like the best fits for you.
As for money, that's going to be difficult, not going to lie. Not only do you pay dues, you will donate to philanthropies, buy sorority gear, and likely have to get a new wardrobe for recruitment. It is even more expensive than you realize but if you join the right chapter it's worth it.
