They didn't just go for quality... whoever ran their rush did so very poorly. Pike took several guys that are better than any of the guys they took.

Obviously you're not a sig ep, a sig ep wouldn't say that.
Pi kapp is below sig eps B team, theyre not even in the same universe as Pike.

had a decent number of kids rush them. I hear 30-40. They then only gave out 4 bids. The one to reject the sigep bid went to pike.

30-40 is a low number for spring rush, sig ep didn't do any pre-rush stuff really and seems to try and keep a low profile with all the greek life witch hunt stuff going on. Sig ep has a big target on their back. Sigep's 3 man class combined with losing a kid to Pike shows Pike is still the best imo... I like both but hopefully Sigep gets their act together next fall with their rush chair/team.

Pi Kapp got about 4 or 5 kids that didn't even get invites back to Phi psi, sig ep or pike

PiKapp does that a lot so its kind of expected. I really don't know anyone in real life that thinks of them highly outside of this website.
Pike may have taken so called "PiKapp rejects," but they also took sig eps top guy and got some athletes.
Sig Ep never really does that well in the spring because they don't really have that broad of an appeal like Pike, Phi Psi or PiKapp do, most of the guys who go sig ep are a specific type of person and they usually rush in the fall.

What makes you an expert on the subject? If you actually were one you'd realize spring rush isnt that important for anyone.

Lol because it seems like everyone here knows everything about spring rush and each frat's pledge class. I just wanted to add my bit because for far too long people think that just bc thw frat is good and another is bad, they automatically got good/bad pledge classes. Pike is a clear example of that.

phi psi got all guys they wanted. the ones that went pike and pikapp hadnt gotten bids anyways. However, phi psi's rush and the qualities they look for in rushees is much different than the way other fraternities pick their next class so for phi psi it was a win..although other people may not think so

That's what I heard. Only 3 in the spring puts them around 30 freshman.. I respect that they went for quality but you just know they wanted a few more kids for #'s
