HAHAHAHAH is spot on. I'll add:
PiKapp is upper mid and the only reason they're even that high is they have a ton of people and a town house. Top to bottom they're really not even better than Sigma Chi.
Pike isn't dropping off top tier unless they get kicked off campus.
Sigep and Phi Psi have some minor issues to fix but are both easy top tier.

I'd be willing to bet neither a sigma chi or pikapp wrote those. Just some idiot trying to get kids like y'all who have nothing better to do than moderate greekrank upset.
