Pike is the only top fraternity that is falling (unless you count AEPi as a top house which I don't anymore). Pi Kapp will start to get a lot of the Campus leader/Colonial Cabinet type guys Pike used to recruit and will benefit. Phi Psi is holding steady but I don't really see them improving. Sig Ep probably benefitted the most out of anyone from Pike's fall and will likely be top house next year with Pike Phi Psi and Pi Kapp at lower top.

I think it really depends on Pike. If Pike rebounds strongly next year I think they get the top spot back and Sig Ep goes back to what it used to be. If Pike falls apart Sig Ep benefits more than anyone, and with AEPi likely gone or falling apart I think they'll be there a while. Pi Kapp might improve a lot as well but they rush a completely different type of person so it won't really affect them too much. Phi Psi I have no clue about but they don't really seem to care enough.

This post was clearly made before that stuff happened so you have to cut some slack to the OP. I agree though. Those are the top four right now. I think next year we will see two of those four pull away to top tier and the other two fall to upper mid/lower top whatever you want to call it. But these things are really hard to predict. A lot of it depends on who gets in trouble. I think Pi Kapp and Sig Ep will continue to do really well because they're opposites of each other and will get different guys at rush. Pike and Phi Psi I think have some serious problems and are both losing very good seniors but if anyone can bounce back from a bad year its Pike.

AEPi is no longer.

Pi Kapp finished 6th in the Pikus standings last year. Behind AEPi, Phi Psi and Sigma Chi. They're middle tier. Maybe upper mid if that makes you feel any better.

It's pretty obvious when you write this bull, go rate pike 5 stars, and then give Pi Kapp crap ratings all within the same 30 minutes. Sure, there are a lot of girls here who love Pi Kapp and sure this is all completely opinionated but it looks to me like this site is run by Pikes (real cool of yall) and then girls who love Pi Kapp..

In pi kapp's defense, I really dont know any girls who don't love pi kapp. Girls who go on this site, girls who've never heard of this site, girls who aren't even greek. People just like them.

Most of these girls have got to be SKs because they're one of the LAST of the fraternities my sorority would like to mix with. Really boring and have some awkward guys. It'd be a plus if less of their members were interested in guys instead of girls.

Seriously what sorority are you in? What year are you? You sound like an Aphi or SK. Those are the two I know of that do love them. I find it strange that you're claiming since you and your friends clearly like them, everyone else must like them too.

Aphi and SK are the top 2 sororities sooo.... tell me how hanging out with them makes pi kapp suck? and don't bother saying DG is top, no one thinks that except pikes- the pikes who graduated 3 years ago.

Ok, now that we've confirmed you're in one of those two (sounds like SK) I have news for you:

Pike, Phi Psi and Sig Ep love DG and Kappa and consider them just as good if not better than SK. I don't know what world you're living in but Pi Kapp and SK aren't top to the rest of us. In fact, not too long ago both were pretty bad and the top frats wanted nothing to do with SK.
