top fraternities

Jesus sounds like he is a phi psi but he is right. They're not comparable to Pike, Sigep and Phi Psi. There's a reason you rarely see rushees having a hard time deciding between one of the top 3 and Pi Kapp. In fact you'd have to be pathetic to even give it a thought.

Everyone who says Pi kapp is not top are the older about to graduate students who have been at GW when Pi Kapp was not considered that good when you all first started here. Every year they get better and once you guys are gone next year and every grade here will be from when Pi Kapp started to be a fraternity a lot of good people wanted to join. In 2 years the freshman and sophomores won't even know that at one time Pi Kapp was not top because all living memory of that has graduated.

Has been close with pi kapp for a long time. Everyone gets it that you like them. Pi kapp is not as popular outside of sk and alpha phi. That being said, SK and Alpha phi are all over this web site and this page. A lot of them have no clue what they're talking about either and just state who is top based off who they like and who they are friends with. The same goes for other sororities. Fact of the matter is pi kapp is a non factor at rush and did not win a single relevant sport last year and are not considered top tier for that reason.

Ok so if you're in your first year here here is what frats are in order after their new pledge class came in
High top: no one is high top this year, it was pike but they fell of, might recover next semester
Mid top: Pike, Pi-kapp, sigep (recovered from a horrible year of rush they had last year lets be real)
Low top: Aepi
High mid: Phi psi, Sigma chi
Mid: Ka, Delt
Low mid: ZBT, Kappa Sig
Bottom: Everyone else
What is rising from bottom: SAE is rising with some pretty cool guys

Phi Psi is above Pi Kapp. Pike and Sig Ep would agree. The only people who think Pi Kapp are top are Pi Kapp, SK and a handful of Alpha Phis.

Ask the Sk, Alpha Phi, Chi O, ADpi, and even DG PC's.. they'd all rather mix with PiKapp's PC > Phi Psi's. Maybe even KKG's too. not even a debate.

Pike's freshman may be a disappointment but they also have the best sophomore class on campus, and sig ep is the only one thats even remotely close. Phi Psi and Pi Kapp did decently this year but did horribly last year.

Honestly, there's only one fraternity on the rise at GWU and it's Pi Kapp. They have a sensational pledge class and are the reigning chapter of the year here. A lot of the criticism coming across here is from fraternities that were good two years ago. I'm fully prepared to sit back and enjoy the Pike-Pi Kapp war that's going to take over sorority life in the next year and a half. Everyone in greeklife knows that Sig Ep and Pi Kapp have problems, but it's honestly Pike against Pi Kapp at this point, Sig Ep just gets weirder and weirder.
