why isn't dg losing their house?

They had PNMs over to drink the night before pref night at their townhouse... they were brought there by a DG Pi Rho Chi. The Pi Rho Chi was kicked out and DG was fined. But is that really the extent of their punishment? That's a pretty harsh violation, it's ridiculous they're allowed to keep their house.
