aphi & kappa are not as high as they used to be. Let's keep it real. We all know aphi's tanked hard in the last couple years, and kappa's too 1 dimensional to be a true top house. Both are top in parties, but aphi's got a history of racism and kappa's a party house. They're not bottom, but they're in their own "hard to rank" category.

IMO ranks are:
SK: most well-rounded, diverse, cute, fun, and smart but also definitely cliquey
Kappa - Kappa has grown on me over the years. Yes they have bad grades and aren’t super involved in extracurriculars but they keep themselves drama free and they’re fun
ADPi - really stepped it up after APhi’s issues.

APhi - horrible national organization causes trickle down problems but many of the girls as individuals are good.

Chi O/KD - Chi O is still dealing with retention issues and isn’t getting the same results they used to, but they’re still smart, involved, and diverse. KD is scrappy and usually pulls a mix of good personality, cute girls, and filler girls, but they continue to step up in grades, leadership, diversity, etc. Could go out more though.
AEPhi - lacking academically like Kappa but not as fun/hot as Kappa. Super strong sisterhood, but not very diverse and kind of polarizing if you’re not their type.
SDT - Really stepped it up over the past few years, looking forward to seeing how they progress

Pi Phi - basically like KD but with Chi I’d retentions problems. Super nice girls, but I don’t understand why they have to COB ask frequently.
Theta - hoping they find their niche a bit more in the next year
Phi Sig - not really sure what’s going on with them.
