ranking of fraternities

To help out rushees find what best fraternities are.
1. Pi Kappa Alpha: still has the best social scene. Most exclusive fraternity with closest ties to alpha phi and kappa (top sorority). Have around 6 off campus houses so a lot of parties.
2. Sig chi: big step down from Pike but used to be clear #2 fraternity. Hangs with some alpha phi girls but not most of them. Usually have a lot of freshmen girls at their parties.
3. kap sig: have gotten better and are becoming better socially. They are tied with Sig Chi.
4. All the other ones are irrelevant not worth joining.

Agree with you on most but I wouldn't put Kap Sig at 3. Don't really go out and seem kind of lame tbh. I'd switch it with ZBT or even KA for that matter.
