Realistically KD and Theta are too high, and AlphaPhi is too low.... I’m not saying I like that that’s where those groups need to be, but if those all changed up/down a couple spots then this is pretty accurate.

Kappa's only top in parties. They've always been the least well-rounded house. They seem to get along well, so that's good, but other houses are far more well-rounded and should be ranked above kappa.

Theta absolutely shouldn't be ranked that high lmao. Aphi's hard to rank cuz they nosedived hard in the last couple years but they're still relevant and have a decent presence. They're not irrelevant and bottom tier necessarily, but they're not at all what they used to be so they're hard to rank
