OMG Theta just when we thought your self ranks couldn’t be any more obvious! You’re right where you belong, under Phi Sig. no one in their right mind thinks a chapter that has to do COB right after formal recruitment is on par with KD. This is just as sad as last semester when you said you were the new Kappa.

Kinda rude/b itchy KD but ok.. Theta just has to build a name for themselves, that doesn't automatically make them under Phi Sig. Also tbh KD is nothing special. They get all the top sororities rejects and even some Pi Phi, SDT and yes EVEN Theta rejects. Facts

You’re not fooling anyone. KD used to self rank this much before you came along, but they actually worked on their chapter instead of being social climbers. Same with SDT. And pi phi’s And Phi Sigs are actually nice girls. You could learn something from all those chapters, because not a single person believes you took top girls or cross rushed with even mid tier chapters. Not even yourselves, because if you really believed you’re as amazing as you say you are, you wouldn’t be on here ever half hour downvoting any criticism of your chapter.

lol neither of these houses are irrelevant. def houses that don't go out the most but have good retention, grades, sisterhoods, and panhel reputations

Hot take. I could agree but might move switch chi o and aephi. I get that aephi has poor grades and a lack of on campus rep, but with it being a strong possibility that chi o will lose Strong due to the total lack of members, aephi could be considered a stronger chapter. Plus the chi o PC is totally off from what they normally recruit.
I’d say if you care about looks and going out, but still a sorority that isn’t threatened by nationals atm, aephi > chi o
If you care more about campus presence and likability, chi o > aephi
Totally different but both have pros and cons and could be switched around in this ranking as neither are well rounded
