They were so rude to this one girl at CI when I went. She was not a good looking girl but she kept asking them questions like she was interested in their chapter. They just kept giving her dirty looks and giving her one word answers as if they couldn't believe she had the nerve to talk to them. Really turned me off of them, I am hoping to go top tier but I definitely will not be considering DG after that spectacle and everything I've read on here confirming it.

Well DG isn't top tier anymore so you don't need to worry about that. lol.
In all seriousness Alpha Phi is probably the only top tier sorority now. KKG and SK could become top tier very soon and they are also very good sororities. All 3 of those sororites (as well as DG still, probably due to their past reputation) mix with the top frats, like Pike, Phi Psi and Sigep. In particular, DG hangs out with Pike a lot, Kappa hangs out with Phi Psi a lot and Alpha Phi hangs out with Sigep a lot.
Alpha Phi is a hot mess, they're taking the place of what DG used to be. Pretty well rounded and attractive all american girls. Love to party but also kind of sporty and smart.
KKG is more club girls, but they have a very strong reputation with guys because they're fun. Not that academic or sporty though.
SK used to be mid-level but they've pulled two straight top classes so they're starting to catch the attention of the guys. They're #3 now easy, maybe even #2. They're attractive and fun, but also really diverse so its hard to really stereotype them.
I don't even know what DG is anymore? Can someone help me out with that one? Lol

Alpha Phi is NOT replacing DG because Alpha Phi's are actually kind, decent human beings. They have replaced them as #1 though.

Exactly. They put on a fantastic show at recruitment- they dress great and put their hottest girls right up front. They all put on fake smiles and happy voices when talking to you, and I feel bad for the freshmen who will fall for it.

Well if your only other options are Phi Sig, Pi Phi, SDT and AEPhi then DG isn't a bad way to go.
