I'm of the opinion that Kappa/AEPhi are either unrankable or lose points for being sort of one-trick-ponies, so I'd personally move each down one if you're going to keep them there. I know there are many who agree with my evaluation of them, but there are also people who disagree so I guess this ranking works for those people.

They're both totally different from the other houses so it's better to compare them to each other and put them in their own tier
