did chi o get suspended/sanctioned by nationals?

Someone left a review on chi o's page saying they got suspended by nationals- I hadn't heard about this before, so did something happen between them & nationals? Not looking to start anything, just want to know if anything happened & if that comment was true or not. Just looking for context
