Overall a pretty poor showing with the vast majority of kids going to a small number of the frats. Fraternities that for sure got in the range of 20+ are Pike, Sig Chi, and KA. Not sure about Delt/Beta. Kappa sig apparently had a very bad turn out and took less than 15. The smaller frats did REALLY bad with SAE and PSK only taking 2 each, I think sigma nu got seven. Considering most frats did not have a fall rush pretty much anyone who took less than close to 20 should be upset.

Sig Chi got the most, Delt and Beta got low 20s, Pike and KA got high teens, and the rest (including Kappa Sig) did poorly. Sig Ep, Pi Kapp, AEPi, Phi Psi, and TKE getting booted in a 4 year period has made greek life at GW in general a lot less fun and a lot less appealing to freshmen guys.

I heard they had alcohol at their rush events and will probably lose their pledge class

Sigma Chi started all of their rush events an hour early, pre bidded kids (why would you ever even want to do this), and got caught having a party with PNMs during recruitment.... Slim chance they get to keep their class.

I heard from their president that they offered bids to 22, but that was before bids were accepted so some could have been turned down. I think we're all just sort of speculating about everyone until we see anything confirming, but it seems like overall turnout was low given it's the first formal rush of the year
