One girl lapses judgement, and people go apeshlit crazy. Why not hold adult discussions with these sorority members and let this be a learning lesson for all Greek members that "Words Matter". A candid conversation together is what helps to heal racism and open the eyes of those that do not think before speaking.

Racism is due to lack of empathy, communication, experiences in a diverse envoronment and understanding of other cultures. It takes more than throwing diversity training at people. You must spend time talking through issues and getting to know people that are diffetent than you. Everyone is a product of the environment that they are raised in. Open and honest communication and learning goes both ways. It sounds like these girls need exposure to other races and empathy towards those people.

Attacking an entire organization is easy to do and cowardly. Take the high road and Step up to assist with a solution to the problem, which is much more admirable than slamming an entire organization.

I hope that this makes people of all races look at how they can enlighten people on how the words said matter and hurt to an entire race. This is an educational facility, so educate and quite the hate!
