"rising"/"falling" sororitys & frats?

Rising:
Kappa— not nearly as high as they self rank on this site, but definitely rising with their new pc
Phi Sig— theta being on campus helped them.
Pi phi— get better PCs each year
Aephi— got a really good and enthusiastic pc this year, more outgoing girls than their usual “wear all black and walk in herds all together”

Same:
Alpha phi
Chi o
SDT
KD

Falling:
ADPi— becoming less and less relevant on campus. The only time I see or hear of them it’s the “too many adpis on panhel board” controversy.

SK— with kappa climbing upwards, SK is going downwards a little. Still one of the top houses, but doing poorly as of late. Also has been investigated by nationals lately for multiple things (girls getting emerged, President/VP money/dues scandal), which just isn’t a good look.

Frats:

Rising:
Kappa sig— new house really helped them, are usually nice to girls so that helps them too.
Sig chi—stole Pikes #1 spot. Throws a lot of events, cool guys.
Delta sig— just becoming more known and relevant all around

Falling:
Pike— boys known as not nice, kind of like your senior year group of “cool” high school boys that we all hated.

Same:
ZBT

I agree somewhat, but would switch up a few things:

sororitys
rising: adpi (took a lot of girls from comparable sororitys, have a lot of involvement around campus so they're pretty visible), kappa (got a pretty good pc, but still not nearly as well-rounded as adpi, aphi, chio, and sk in terms of academics, sisterhood, and involvement), pi phi (got some really cool girls during recruitment, solidly middle now)

same: chio (got an ok pc, not terrible by any means but didn't wow anyone and lost girls to adpi), phi sig (didn't hear too much about their recruitment), kd (got a pretty good pc, but not enough to push them anywhere), sdt (didn't hear too much, assumed it wasn't horrible), sk (got a good pc, might move up somewhat since aphi didn't recruit well)

Falling: aephi (recruited the same type of girls as always, nothing new), aphi (obviously still top, but lost a lot of girls to chio, kappa, sk), theta (finished over quota which is good, but they seem to be stuck in a rut somewhat)

I'll give it a shot

Rising sororitys: ADPi, KKG (for now), KD, SDT and Phi Sig

Falling sororitys: APhi, Chi O (not necessarily "falling" but I think everyone expected a better PC), Theta kind of (I get it was their first recruitment but they were expected to do better)

Rising frats: Kappa Sig, Delta Sig, (insert anyone that gets a halfway decent pledge class.....)

Falling frats: Pike (but they're still top), Beta

This is pretty off. Both chi o & adpi did well in recruitment because they stole some girls from aphi since aphi cut too hard too early

Rising: chi o, kd, phi sig, adpi

ADPi got a good PC but not as good as Chi O. Agree with an earlier poster, most of the stuff on here about them is the Panhel drama and how great their grades are, even though Chi O has beaten them in GPA several times now. I'd say Chi O has a better personality, but ADPi has less drama. KD also did better than last year (think their PC 17 helped), and Phi Sig actually got really cute girls (think Theta helped).

Same: APhi, SK, Pi Phi, SDT, AEPhi

APhi and SK got good PCs, no one's saying they're terrible, just not absolute stunners. They definitely cross rushed with the mid tiers, and some girls chose to go mid instead of APhi/SK. I'd say SK did better than last year but not as good as the two years before that, and APhi didn't do as well as years past but maybe they wanted to change it up. Pi Phi got average girls, a few really good ones and the rest kind of meh. SDT didn't do amazing with their new house, but didn't fall. AEPhi got their typical girls, and that's great. If you go after the right people, you'll never have to worry about making quota, so can't fault them for that, but they can't rise overall if they keep pulling the kind of girls that aren't involved/academic.

Falling: Theta.

All the hype on this website made it look like they were really going to pull a great class, but between so many actives dropping and their recruitment drama, they didn't do as well as projected. I'd put them equal to, possible verging on behind Phi Sig now.

Kappa is somewhere out in their own orbit. Rising in their own minds, but no one else can figure out if their hot, tanned PC (where only really like 10 max girls are that hot anyway) means they're rising or falling.
