phi psi is exclusive, so if they dont know you, you probably are not gonna get invited to their parties. Plus, theyre hot so yea. steady on the rise
pike is also on the top. FC sucked this year and they can barely put a pledge class together. Still top tier tho. open parties so they always have a big crowd.

Is not exclusive at all. Guys from other fraternities can get into their parties, which arent anywhere near as good as pikes.
Not comparable to pike or even sigep for the near future. Only reason they're even relevant is because they took pikes house, which they're well on their way to losing already.

Are pike Phi psi and sigep. Pike is clearly the best but the other two are solid.
The others are pretty forgettable.
