psa to all pnms

First of all, I want to say thank you to all PNMs, actives, and alums who are on this site but aren't stirring anything up during recruitment. It's so important to let these girls make their own decisions and be positive as a group so they can have fun and join a chapter they love like we did.

I'd also like to say to the PNMs on here, please be grateful for any and all chapters you get invited back to over the next few nights. Some girls get cut from recruitment entirely, and I know a few girls this year have gone from 11 parties to 2 after the very first night. Give every chapter a fair chance as they're giving you, and you may just click with the next girl you talk to! You never know when you're talking about how you felt about a chapter if someone's overhearing you and gets sad because they wish they had been invited back and you're complaining about having to go. Just be excited that these chapters full of great women want to get to know you better!
