Here are the honest sorority rankings as following:
Top:
Alpha Phi - hot girls, know how to party, active on campus but lack some diversity
SK- pretty girls, can throw great crush parties, last PC was extremely hit or miss... really hot or .....
Chi O- this is an interesting one because the latest PC has really turned this sorority around, gorgeous girls who are lots of fun, extremely active in campus, always win greek week/ firemans challenge, highest GPA on campus...critique is that some girls are overly eccentric and loud, try hard
KKG- although kappa has lost a lot of members after the membership review and have snap bidded and done multiple COB events they are close to being on the decline but still are fun party girls who everyone loves, not active on campus and they don't have a house, last PC was extremely questionable but still a good time
Middle:
AEPhi- cute rich girls, moderate presence on campus, fun
ADPi- very involved on campus, cool girls, nice house and throws decent mixers/crush parties
KD- very random mix of girls but it works .... throw good crush parties but kind of random
SDT- on the rise, last pledge class was cuter than kappa
Bottom:
Pi Phi- smart girls, moderately active but lack social
phi sig- just ...
Theta ???? They're trying

1) KKG had membership review and lost some sisters. Yeah they party, but that's about it. They were top for a while, but they're def not where they used to be so tbh we can't keep ranking them top.
2) Even if you think adpi's can be kinda uptight, they're above Aephi imo. Neither are top houses & both are in the middle, but adpi's the better chapter overall. Nice house, very involved, some are annoying, but great sisterhood. They don't really party as hard as other chapters do (unless gelman counts) so I wouldn't say their known for their parties.
3) Chi o is one of the better chapters, but I wouldn't put them top. They do have some good attributes, like being one of the smartest chapters, but they do have an issue with sisterhood. They always do really well at recruitment so that's good, but once recruitment's over they usually have people drop because they lack sisterhood. So yes, they're a respectable chapter with some good qualities, but they have one of the weaker sisterhoods so imo that prevents them from being considered top.

Your ranking had me up until Kappa. It's just the truth at this point: they're no longer top. They attract a very specific type of girl, and that's not sustainable for their chapter since that specific type of girl are the kind that get removed during membership review.
AEPhi is also nowhere near top of the middle. If we're looking at what the majority of GW girls are drawn to, AEPhi is far more insular and focused on partying than the leadership or scholarship that most GW PNMs will look for in a sorority. Just look at the return figures for the last recruitment: AEPhi's lines before each party were way longer than the other mid-tier sororities. They got many of the girls Kappa wanted, that's true, but they just aren't marketable to most top PNMs, and most frats don't want to hang out with them because they're so abrasive. They're definitely above SDT though.
It's clear this ranking is by someone who puts more emphasis on the partying/social aspect than on the academic/leadership aspect of sororities. That's fine if that's what you're about, but that's not what everyone wants, and that's certainly not how the majority of GW sees these groups.

obviously every ranking on this site is based off of social, not academic or leadership. If you look at sororities holistically, aphi would be ranked towards the bottom??? there's no sisterhood. The only reason kappa is even still considered top is because they're rich and party all the time

1) AEPHi is definitely not above ADPi. They're "presence" on campus is as the club rats. They attract a very specific type of girl, and if you're not that type then they're not for you. Also those recruitment videos every year? yikes.
2) SDT pledge class cuter than Kappa? Ha. On the rise? Also ha. Back to the bottom tier come on.

KKG/ Chi O (KKG has fallen, but Chi O is still Chi O. Do they have a sisterhood after recruitment ends?)

KD / Pi Phi

Aphi & SK are interchangeable imo. SK's generally one of the smarter chapters, but Aphi doesn't start drama with other houses like SK. As for KKG, idk. I wouldn't put them top anymore, they've declined a lot & the membership thing hurt them. They party a lot, but that doesn't make you a top house. That's pretty much all they do, and a top house should be well-rounded. Tbh, KKG's prob somewhere in the middle. There's some that like them & some that miss the old KKG. Chi O & ADPi are also fairly similar, & both are smart. Chi O's more diverse, but that also means they're not that close & their sisterhood is weak. Some can be loud & annoying. As for ADPi, they always recruit the same kind of girl so while you might find them a bit uptight, they do have good sisterhood. If you want to party then Chi O is better, if you want sisterhood & study groups then ADPi.

I don't think every ranking is based on social, but more holistically. they're not as leadership/grades oriented as ADPi, but they're far more social without sacrificing grades like Kappa or AEPhi, which makes them a good mix. And if we look at sisterhood (which is really difficult to qualify), the top "3" (Chi O isn't really top 3 but since there's no one else separating them from the top, let's put them in that category) - they all have big divisions in their sisterhood. SK has their core group, Chi O has very different types of girls who often don't mesh, APhi is probably the same way, but they do recruit a very similar kind of girl. It's not until you get to ADPi/KD that you really get "sisterhood", but again, that's not something anyone outside of the respective chapters can determine.
