chi o & adpi are fairly similar imo. Chi o def is more social & parties more, adpi does more orgs/leadership stuff. academically both are solid. chi o tries a little too hard to be top, adpi has a ton of leadership positions which tends to annoy other houses. Neither are #1 but are still fairly top houses. i'd say it's a tie, they both have their pros

dear clearly insecure theta,
you'd be lucky to be on the level of pi phi or KD, or really any chapter at GW. Every chapter has something great to offer and are full of young women who support each other while recognizing the beauty of their differences. You obviously cannot, which is why you're trying to tear other groups down. It's transparent and unnecessary.

I think at the time, people thought it was Theta because it was around the same time people started pointing out Theta's problems on here and it made it seem like they were trying to deflect. Everyone knows where KD is, so it's stupid to say they're self-ranking. Another reason might be because Thetas are pushing the "we're not like all the other chapters" rhetoric, so they're seen as divisive. just my two cents!

there's no way to know any chapter is responsible for any comments/rankings. it's better to just go through recruitment and see for yourself which chapters you like, rather than base your opinions off of stuff anonymous people say.

the rankings of any greek organization, unless based solely on membership numbers, retention rates/return figures (both are not public), and grades are all subjective. So as much as we can say one chapter is top and one is bottom, they're all based on opinions, and PNMs should go to whatever house they feel most comfortable, regardless of what anonymous people post online. that being said, this is my opinion on the trajectory of each sorority:
Rising: Chi O, ADPi, SDT (new house, off probation)
Falling: SK (latest PC is not as attractive as previous years), KKG (also not as attractive, lost girls to membership review, poor grades, etc), AEPhi (had many girls drop, including legacies)
Neutral: APhi, KD, Pi Phi, Phi Sig
Theta is neither rising nor falling because they have no previous PCs to compare to.

one might say pi phi is declining since they took a spring pc but they all seem sweet and normal. definitely is a matter of opinion.
