I think their fall 2013 pledge class will really set their reputation in stone. It's hard to tell the reputation of a sorority when the whole first pledge class is hand picked by people from nationals. Some of the girls are really weird, but there are some hotter ones that I would assume are going to try and recruit more hot girls in the fall.

You haven't made it until you have haters. So thanks.
Honestly we have a mix of girls ,and there is definitely a group of weird ones but we have some seriously good looking girls. Let's be real for a second no sorority here has only hot girls. Anyway we're super motivated and ambitious. We're 6th on campus for chapter excellence, we've been going ham for all the philanthropies and we've only just got initiated less last month. We just recruited our Beta class and they are all super cute. We have accomplished so much in four months, so get ready for next year
Additionally I didn't want to join KD so I could be around hot girls. Nope. One I don't roll that way and two, I'm not shallow. I joined because during rush I had already met so many wonderful girls who are now my really close friends and because I admired Kappa Delta's values and the work they have done with PCAA and Girl Scouts America.

They're nice girls. It's hard for any sorority to start out but I think they've done a good job! Keep up the good work, ladies :)

I'd call them middle tier. A good pledge class next year will solidify that. A good PC after that and they'll be on the way to the top. Good luck Kappa Delta.

Middle tier, which is surprising since they're new. They were fun at our philanthropy and the majority were hot.

thread makes me sick to my stomach. I'm in a fraternity at GW, KD raised over $1,000 for our philanthropy, and all people talk about is their looks? God the Greeks at this school are so f---ing shallow it makes me regret being associated with a fraternity sometimes.

KD went out hard for Beta cup and won!! DG and SK fought really hard and KD beat them, that's pretty impressive for a new sorority! We had about 30 of them over for breakfast before the tournament and there were some hot girls there. I don't mean cute, I mean HOT. There were about 3 that were unattractive, but the rest ranged from cute to gorgeous. Plus they were so much fun to be around and so sweet. They will be top tier in no time. CONGRATS KD!

It's so frustrating when people compare them to adpi. ADPi has one of the best reputations and strongest sisterhoods on campus, KDs hardly even know or like each other. Not even close.

Greek Life at GW is a complete joke... Try going to state schools in the South where EVERY sorority girl from EVERY chapter is hotter than the so called "hot" DG's at GW. Get over yourselves.

There isn't anyone left who bothers to argue that they are worse than Pi Phi or SDT. Right now the debate is whether or not they can compete well with the other middle tiers like Chi O and ADPi. It might be a struggle for them but if they can keep it together, they've got a good chance at solidifying their middle tier reputation. Also to the person above, you clearly don't go here because Alpha Phis and KKGs are the hot ones, not DG.
