Pike (don't have a house anymore so that does hurt them, but in the long run still edge out sig chi by a bit)
Sigma chi- they'll make sure to tell you they're in sigma chi.
ZBT/kappa sig
Delt (arguably interchangeable w ZBT to some extent)
KA
Beta
Lambda (Lambda imo is more chill than people give them credit for. Still lower tier atm, but given how many frats are getting banned this year alone, they could move up)
Sig Nu (sig nu & lambda undisputedly in the lower tier, but both have potential to move up. Sig nu's got decent variety but are still too nerdy for a lot of people. Overall pretty nice people though)
SAE can prob be placed w either lamda or sig nu depending on your own personal opinion
PSK- they still have that PSK vibe about them. Their parties at the beginning of the year are decent, but in all honesty there's def people that are wary of PSK

^theyre not, delta sigs astroturfed this place for months demanding they were middle tier but if you check the recent ranking thread most people have realized theyre completely irrelevant

Why are ya'll so concerned with Delta Sigs when it'd obvious PIKE is self ranking hardcore on here. who astroturfs themselves to upperbottom tier...
