who got beta's old townhouse??

If beta got pikapp's house who could get their old house? Delt sae, psk , and pike are the only frats w/o on campus housing, pretty sure pike didn't get it tho.

They have houses "on campus" but that aren't owned by the school

SDT got their old house. Pretty weird that they got it bc they lost their townhouse in 2014 for hazing. If a frat did that they would be removed from campus and never have a change of getting back on campus, let alone housing.
