I'd recommend learning the sorority's name before joining

the answer is always no. You will be in an inferior greek org if it's a colony no matter what.

But some people do it so I guess it can't be completely awful.

Believe me, I'm not even trying to troll yet. How about YOU do everyone else a favor and take a xanax. Maybe 100?

P.S. I bet a blowup doll would be a better lay than a b itch like you :)

Eventually...Yes. Theta is a huge national organization that could grow very quickly at GW. So many girls are Theta legacies here. KD has a better reputation in the south which is why they didn't grow as quickly as people may have expected them to.

That being said, It probably takes +/- 10 years for a new organization to do well. Lets say the founding class has 4 years to get the chapter established on campus, and once they graduate those freshman have the next four years to solidify a reputation. Give it about two years after those girls graduate for two consistently high quality PCs and they could be a top chapter.

It could even happen with KD

Well this has been an unfortunate chain of comments that probably makes you question why to go Greek at all. I say yes, it's absolutely worth joining up with Theta in the spring. Or it's at least worth investigating. Founding membership is something unique, and there are a lot of alumnae in the area to support the chapter - that's one of the reasons Theta got picked. Good luck!
