pikapp loses their charter

PiKapp lost their charter today over all those emails. That makes 3 fraternities in the past year to get kicked off campus. What's gonna happen to their townhouse?

I mean it's expected for them to get hit with some hard sanctions, maybe lose their house, but nothing is confirmed at all, so as of rn its just rumors on this site.
