Let me begin by saying that Delta Sig is a newbie frat so don't think that they're anywhere close to top tier. They started came out of the womb in GW.

3. Delt/ Lambda ( just got 2 houses this semester so definitely on the rise)

This might be the worst rank i've seen
First off PIKE is top solely because they're riding on past reputation.
Second, This ranking screams that you are in LAMBDA CHI... Did you seriously just rank them 3? They might be weirder than sigma nu and without the personality to help, I don't care if you just got 9 houses. This coupled with you trying to knock Delta Sig down a (multiple) peg because they're already seen in higher esteem than your fraternity, not to mention I think they're already over a year old now. No one views Lambda on even a somewhat fractional esteem as Delt. Get over yourself.

^ it's so obvious you're OP AND IN LAMBDA CHI. Your frat is bottom tier because you're weird. Doesn't matter if you got 5 houses and Knapps house. Beta and Delta Sig are cooler than Lambda. Done.
