Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at George Washington University - GWU 3.6 Better than phi sig and sdt.... aephi, it depends when you think is good. Obviously aephi is 10x more attractive and fun, but pi phi is technically a better chapter through involvement, grades, presence etc.
