Their "socials" and "accomplishments&q uot; don't match up with the top fraternities on campus. Pi Kapp is in the same conversation as Delt, Kappa Sig and Sigma Chi. Don't let anyone fool you into thinking otherwise just because they have a townhouse.

They think they're in the same conversation as a lot of other fraternities but in reality they're extremely average and only a factor in greek life due to their townhouse. They would absolutely collapse without it. They are very involved in a lot of on campus organizations and have a big campus presence but thats really about it.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 2.0 One of these brothers made several passes at me and when I made it clear I wasn't interested he kept pressing onward. I got this same creepy vibe from most of the brothers I met. I'd stay away if I were you.
