Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 4.8 Pi Kapp is definitely one of the best frat's on campus. Some of their fall class last year and all of their spring and fall 2013 class dominate the fraternity in my eyes. They are definitely phasing out their older guys and coming in with strong sorority relations, great social events and a good sense of brotherhood. They are gaining traction on their own and will be the top frat on campus within the next year or so.

Pi Kapp is definitely one of the best frat's on campus. Some of their fall class last year and all of their spring and fall 2013 class dominate the fraternity in my eyes. They are definitely phasing out their older guys and coming in with strong sorority relations, great social events and a good sense of brotherhood. They are gaining traction on their own and will be the top frat on campus within the next year or so.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 4.8 PiKapp is top if you ask sorority girls. It's debated on by the guys though. They got a great pledge class in the fall and have a really close brotherhood.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 4.6 Coming in so fast for one of the top spots and have all the other top fraternities very scared they will knock them off- which will happen. No fraternity stays number 1 forever and Pi Kapp is ascending the top the right way and is here to stay.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 5.0 Girl here. Hands down my favorite fraternity. My only regret is that I'm too old to go after any of their freshmen because oh wow are they hot. They look the way pike used to look.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 4.6 It's pretty evident PiKapp gets bashed by Pike but regardless off weather they're the better or worse - I'd rather party with these guys any day.

Their new PC is awesome and no one is sick of them like some other fraternities so I think they are coming in strong to the top. Their older guys are awesome too and with their townhouse they for sure are starting to become one of the dominant fraternities especially in sororities' eyes. Every "top-tier" frat guy who comes on here and says they are average are just scared that they are coming for their spot
