Top house rn no doubt, they had the best recruitment with a big pc, best parties best ppl overall

You have to be friends with these guys they are all awesome dudes that know how to party. They’re always around aephi. They are very easy to talk to and will make your day 100 times better any time. They are not considered the top frat but they are definitely second top. They also throw a lot of parties in their off campus house which is huge and lit.

Spent years thinking they were better than everyone else and now they are in the bottom. Sig chi is not what it used to be. The new pledge class is the result of terrible recruitment and the guys in the pledge class are always telling people about how no sorority wants to hangout with them and how no one in the new pc likes each other so there’s clearly no real brotherhood. My guess is that if they don’t get a 10/10 pc next rush season they will 100% fall to bottom middle or below.

U can’t argue the fact that kap sig is the top frat at GW right now. If you still want to say that sig chi is top frat just go take a look at their new pc or ask the sororities. All the sororities are done with sig chi they all want kap sig. Why? They are all chill down to earth dudes and they know how to have fun plus the social chair puts together great events and they recruited the best new pledge class. Easily the best pc any frat has had in a while. There is not one unattractive new guy in the new KS pc they are all good looking guys with awesome personality and they are all actually friends with each other. Every girl loves a kap sig social event. If girls are talking dating, having a crush or wanting to get with a gw frat guy they will always bring up kap sig men first and at the end of the day the position of top frat is based on how much sororities like the frat and right now sororities love kap sig way more than any other frat.

Something about SK is that they know how to recruit and year after year they have proved that they are more than capable of recruiting very pretty girls. The thing with SK is that even tho they know how to get a good looking pledge class they don’t know how to properly organize the social events of the sorority. They are extremely frat oriented so almost every single one of the things they do will be a mixer with a frat which might be fun the first few times but it gets dull. The girls I know in SK have mentioned that they really want the sorority to get more tables at clubs but they usually only get tables at heist which is a club no one really goes to or most of the times if they do get a table in a club that people go to they end up cancelling it last minute which is really disappointing since gw is a city school and 99.999% of the social and party life is clubbing. The other problem with the social aspect of SK is that they never properly plan out their darties and they are big on avoiding anything that can go wrong and because of that the girls in the sorority are not allowed to invite anyone to their events. Sk girls have the reputation of being very clicky and most of them never hangout with anyone outside of SK. Overall Sk is still known as a top sorority, they have amazing connections with the frats and I can stand by the fact that the girls that I’ve met in SK are genuine and wonderful people. But they weren’t even going to have a formal last semester because they didn’t organize it in time they kinda pulled it off last minute and you could clearly tell it was something very rushed since they did it on a Wednesday during finals week and in a rooftop so the feedback from the event was that it was extremely hot and even worse since the girls were wearing long dresses and the guys were wearing suits. A year ago I would’ve said that SK was with no doubt ranked 3rd top sorority at Gw possibly second but due to the social factors mentioned above I don’t think anyone considers SK to be third or second top. Both aphi and aephi did a far better job than SK when it comes to social events so sk is now below them. I have no doubt that if they become more organized and throw great parties next semester they will be back up at top 3 or 2 very easily because sk has an awesome group of girls. Something I love about sk is how the girls all live in the house during their sophomore year. This is such a great opportunity to bond and get to build that strong sense of sisterhood which is something I wish all sororities would do. The experience of living with your entire member class sounds like the ultimate girly experience. There are pros and cons of joining this sorority but there are pros and cons of joining any sorority. This is a sorority that is absolutely worth looking into and meeting the girls if you are looking to join a top sorority at Gw because even tho they might have fallen off a little bit they will keep being invited to all parties and hanging out with frats. If you go through their insta you will immediately realize that these girls are the definition of effortlessly cool. If you connect with SK during rushing that is beyond awesome!

From a social and popularity perspective, Theta is considered to be at the very bottom with sdt. You will honestly never hear any drama related to this sorority because people just don’t talk abt this sorority. I honestly don’t know a single girl who is in this sorority and I don’t know of any girl in this sorority so I can’t give an opinion abt them. If you go through rush and connect with theta that’s awesome for you. Rush is all about finding the sorority that is the best fit for you and if theta is that you should join it.

Chi Omega is not a sorority for everyone but if you connect with this girls that’s great! They have a rep of being very inclusive which is something 99% of sororities lack. From a social and popularity perspective this is a bottom tier sorority because they do not mix with the frats and they are not invited to the big social events. Some of the girls in this chapter are very social and like to go clubbing during the weekends and some of them are not. I’m friends with some of the girls in this chapter and they are very fun and nice girls. If you go through rush and connect with this house that’s awesome just make sure you are well aware of the fact that this chapter will not give you the access to social events and to frats as much as one of the four top sororities would. Don’t let anyone tell you that there’s anything wrong with being in a sorority that isn’t considered top and that is not big in the social aspect. If this is the place that feels like your home away from home for you and you connect with the girls then you should join. Not everyone joins a sorority for the social aspect of it a lot of people join because they want to create meaningful connections with other girls in their sorority and that is beyond wonderful.

I’ve met really nice and genuine girls in this sorority and I’ve also met the meanest and most shallow girls in this sorority but the truth is it is like that in all sororities. It is impossible to find a place where every girl is perfect and everyone loves each other. They are considered top 2 and at least for now no one can really argue with that. They are known for being good looking girls and that is pretty much it. I think this is a great chapter to join if you are into a sorority that mixes with frats and that is big on social events. Aphi always gets invited to all the social events and you will see them at the club every weekend. The only problem with aphi as with most sororities is that they want to be top 1 or try to make it look like they are which makes the sorority sometimes be very toxic. Aphi just targets all sororities that they feel threatened by because they don’t want to be outshined by anyone and they also believe that they own the frats so if it seems like your sorority is hanging out with one of the frats more than they do they will not like that at all. They did an okay job with the new pc from what I’ve heard people have said that yes they’re all pretty girls but it is a very random combination of girls that doesn’t really make sense and that where they go the drama follows so new frat pcs aren’t that into hanging out with them but they still do. Again, I’ve met the sweetest and most genuine girls in this chapter who are truly the best people ever and if you go through rush and connect with aphi you should totally go for it. No need to look down on this sorority just because there are a few girls that aren’t great because it will be like that in all the other sororities. I know for a fact every aphi loves aphi.

Smart girls and they definitely look like they are sweet. You will never hear any drama that involves an Adpi but the thing with this sorority is that they just don’t get invited to any parties. If you are looking for a lowk house and the experience of being in a sorority and you are not interested in partying at all then this is the sorority for you. If what you want is a more social experience, hangout with frats, be in a top sorority etc then this is absolutely not the sorority for you. There’s nothing wrong with being in a sorority like this one it all depends on what you are looking for and there are definitely benefits such as not having to deal with a lot of drama and also having a sisterhood that is known for being smart and supportive with one another. My only bad comment about them is that there are girls in this sorority that clearly wish they could be in a top sorority and try very hard to make Adpi look like it is a top sorority which is very toxic. This is not considered a top sorority in gw I would rank it as bottom middle. Overall I think it’s a nice sorority just know that if you are into partying and mixing with the top frats this is not the place for you and instead you should be looking at kappa, aphi, aephi or sk since those are the only 4 sororities that are big on social events and that mix with the "top frats"
