It's just sad that Theta consistently has been struggling to reach total. COB every once in a while when you only have a few spots open and your HQ makes you do it is one thing, but to do COB every semester that are open to everyone clearly shows they're desperate to make numbers.

Definitely well-rounded and a strong house. Have made great strides with being so new. Could be on par with Chi O/ADPi if they had a more solid "type" of girl. I think their biggest strength is diversity. they could be a bit more social.
