Theta no one cares that your chapter is the newest on campus, they care that you use it as an excuse for being annoying and having low retention. Saying you’ll be mid-tier once another chapter colonizes shows you have no desire to actually improve yourselves and is pathetic since there’s very little likelihood another sorority will colonize for years with how recruitment numbers keep dropping. Maybe learn to actually work on your chapter instead of just making excuses.

Delt is on a STEEP decline. Following deferred recruitment, they have started accepting nearly everyone that comes to their rush events. Recruited lots of oddballs and their parties have lost their touch. They’re really starting to lose their identity.

Big/little for chi o really underscored how many girls got kicked out of their chapter. Multiple sophomores took twins and even triplets.

enough with the self ranking, this is best a middle to lower tier sorority. Girls are smart, and nice, but not hot at all.
