Used to be in the 2nd tier but moved up in recent years. They're probably #3 of the top houses, because you never know if they're going to show up or not.

Probably #2 of the top 3 houses. A good alternative to Pike. While Sigep is easily the douchiest fraternity on campus, they're still pretty cool guys.

A very average fraternity. Not bad to hang out with for a change when you get sick of some of the other fraternities and how stuck up they are. They're more just your regular guys.

Agreed they're kind of hard to pin down because they definitely keep to themselves. They're still a good fraternity though.

All over the place here. They have some really good guys but also some really, really weird ones. That kind of balances out, but they definitely messed up by taking way too many people at rush.

both, but the official rush is in fall. every frat and sorority does fall rush, while only some do spring.
