They just aren't good. Rush Phi Psi

Honestly they are just really good looking guys. They have a lot of fun. They party a lot but can also be serious. Firemans challenge is amazing. They raise a ton of money and its one big party. Its the best philanthropy on campus both in terms of money raised, turn out, and amount of fun had. These guys are great.

Kappa Sigma I think is a very interesting case. They're definitely on the rise, and unlike delt, I think they're still on the way up. I think they may be a bit overconfident at where they are right now, but they're still new and figuring it out. They still take way too many kids at rush and have some weirdos but they're getting so much better. They're arguably already better than pi kapp or sigma chi, but they're still not near phi psi, aepi, sigep, pike level.

They were on the rise, I think they've peaked though at mid tier. They took almost everyone who rushed in the fall and had a lot of people drop. They have a good house but their standards aren't as high as some other fraternities.

Another very average fraternity. They are great nationally though and have a lot of good connections though so they're a great option if you can't get a bid anywhere else. They'll take almost anyone at rush and don't really have standards so that explains why'll they'll be mid tier for a long time. They do have some nice houses though so they definitely have a floor as far as how bad they can be. They're similar to pi kapp in the sense that they're kind of stuck at mid tier forever.

The most overrated fraternity on campus. They think they're in the same conversation as a lot of other fraternities but in reality they're extremely average and only a factor in greek life due to their townhouse. They would absolutely collapse without it. They are very involved in a lot of on campus organizations and have a big campus presence but thats really about it.

A very good fraternity. They're very good at most everything but not really the best anything though. Another fraternity that, like Phi Psi and Pike, understands its about quality not quantity.

They're really not that bad. Probably the #3 or #4 fraternity on campus. Pretty respectable guys with good standards.

Pike has been considered the best fraternity on campus for quite some time now. They've had their share of bad luck but they've always been able to pull through it somehow. They're the best fraternity at rush, philanthropy and sports so that could explain why no one's been able top them.

For a while, Phi Psi was considered on the same level as Pike or Sigep, maybe even the best fraternity on campus. They've had a rocky year though, and their pledge class this year was sub-par to say the least. They're probably the number 3 or 4 fraternity on campus, but their townhouse gives them a real good chance at bouncing back in the next few years if they play their cards right. One of the good things about Phi Psi is they understand its quality not quantity. They have standards.
