Growing rapidly, and holding it down well. A bunch of nice guys and can throw a handful of decent parties. Not top house, but definitely doing better than most others on campus.

Heh, the only reason to hate is because they do it right. Of course they're bottom house, and they'll not care, but no one can really say that they're not actually fulfilling all these trivial traits when it comes to the larger campus view.

Filled with entitled douchebags scrapped together because they could not do other fraternities. SAE looks like the easy way into Greek Life, without actually living out Greek Life. Good move on their part. At least they all want the same thing here.

People hate on them because they aren't afraid to do them. They clearly have nothing to prove to anyone else, and just seem to be happy with themselves. So, these "Top House" claimers will be jealous because AEPi does it right with little to no effort.

What's that house on 21st? Probably just a club house and a spot for show. Trying to legitimize themselves publicly, but there's nothing real about them.
