Sig Tau is making a comeback from their downfall in the 90's. The house is getting improvements and the new brothers aren't as bad as those before them. The house still kinda stinks and they aren't a reckoning force in really anything. They're definitely one of the better middle tier houses, but not a top tier by any means.

Sig Chi is the lowest of the middle tier houses, my opinion. They have a dope DJ and the dancefloor is pretty cool, though the house itself is a mess. Their biggest downfall is brotherhood, or the lack thereof.

Theta Xi is a decent house with the best pong on campus but other then that they just kinda exist. Don't really have parties or get out much.

Lambda Chi Alpha has the opportunity to become a good middle tier on campus but at the moment they just kinda exist. They don't have any parties and their brothers only talk to each other.

From an MSU perspective these guys are awesome - super polite, always treat other people with respect, really fun to be around, and organize some pretty killer parties if I say so myself. Speaking of which, multiple people I know, including myself, drive up from Springfield just to go to some of their parties cause they're that good. Overall though, they're a really great group of guys. I'd definitely say they're the best Greeks out there in Rolla.
