Top house for the past 30 years

Big, Beautiful house, but I've noticed that they are very cliquey. If you want to be as stereotypical of a frat guy as possible, join Pike. Also, I know one of the girls that Rushee was talking about, and that did actually happen, thats the reason for the low score in classiness. They don't throw many parties because every time they do they get holes punched in their walls I'm guessing. They have a good rep with the university and the community.

I never really see them around at parties much, but when I do they're usually blacked out. They don't really give a damn about anything or anyone, which can be good or bad, depending on how you take it. Their Greek Week athletes all got too drunk to compete, and they left their chariot at the fields, which was pretty funny to be honest. Hopefully their renovation will help them out with rush so that they can compete with other houses on campus.

Out of the 3 sororities zeta has the most variety of girls. All chi os are the same and KD is well, KD. Nice ladies and definitely better liked in fraternity life.

This is what a real rating looks like Rushee, it's pretty obvious you're a Kappa Sig when you rank most of the fraternities in the same 15 minute period and give everyone an under 2 rating but yourself some inflated b.s rating. You're the reason why people despise you guys.

This house doesn't deserve to be ranked as high as they are. Yeah, their new house is nice and they have a high GPA, but they didn't even try in Greek Week, and they are having some major growing pains right now. They are a middle tier house that is transitioning to a top tier house and it needs to be rated as such.

I toured almost all of the big houses on campus and this one was by far the best. The house is beautiful and when I went to dinner there it was clear that they all liked one another equally, unlike Pike. I also heard (from a Chi O) that their new spring class is the best they've had in a while.
