Some zetas go out to parties and some don't, there's a large variety of girls but they don't seem as cliquey as the chi omegas. They're a good time when they go out but it seems like they're more focused on academics than social life. Most of the girls are very sweet, genuine, and smart and they do a lot of philanthropy work and also.

They are some of the most genuinely nice guys.(Also not awful to look at) They are never awkward to be around and can easily have a conversation with anyone. Best house on campus

Very antisocial and uninvolved on campus. Most notable thing they do is win Greek Week sometimes. And that's not to difficult when you're the only house that cares.

Top tier house with middle tier guys, got to know some of there older members years ago and they were great, the new house brought new and slightly more snobby/ rascist guys. Have had some of my best party memories there though.

Kinda big house, never seem to have parties or anything. There's some cool ones but also some extremely doushy ones. They got alot of dudes one year after rushing a whole floor of freshman(as good and as bad as that is) and have been growing ever since. If your the type that wants a bunch of brothers and that's it, it's perfect

The other posts summed it up, a minute or two drive from the Northside of campus, not super social, but they had a good party when I was there. They seemed like an okay group of dudes and have a cool Halloween philanthropy event

One of your just average big houses, got to know a bunch of em after pats one year, they were loud and proud of who they were but that's about it. Older house but decent group of dudes

Small but awesome group of guys. There a close knit group that always had each other's backs. There place is a bit run down, but they always seem to be having a good time.
