Would recommend that you try & care a little less about "tiers" for sororities, and go through Formal Recruitment to get a taste of each one. They all tend to be pretty different from one another--see where you feel like you fit in best. I know this is a vague answer, but it's the best advice to take.

Thetas a good pick if you’re shady/cheat in relationships and like disappointing alumni. TLAM means nothing to me anymore

If you care about status and nothing else rush AOII. some of them are pretty hot, that’s about all they have going for them though.
