Just got back from Delilah’s

Hey so I Just got back. And well when I got there the security guard at the back asked me to take my shirt and shoes off. And decided to pass my shoe around so they could all poo in it. They then wiped with my shirt. Is this normal for the London area. I LITERALLY JUST GOT BACK.
